We are sadden we have to move away from our beloved home because of a job relocation.  We have lived in this bright and airy home for 6 years and now we must move.  

All the utilities have been upgraded - newer electrical, new plumbing, and new sewer system.  There is natural gas service to the home, city water, and sewer, as well as a community well that can be used for outside water use.  The house has high efficiency windows and a high efficiency furnace with central air.

The Amana range and Amana refrigerator with ice maker stay in the eat-in kitchen.  The king size bed in the Master Bedroom stays.  There are shelves and cabinets in the other rooms that stay.

The yard is large and directly borders only one other property.  Mature trees and evergreens boarder the property.  There is plenty of room to entertain or play.  The attached 2 stall garage includes one ceiling fan, bright light fixture, and garage door openers with remotes.  The workbenches and shelves stay in the garage, as well as all of the storage cabinets. The garage also has a sink ready to be plumbed - the water is stubbed in the basement waiting for connection - great for cleaning up from working in the yard, garden, or other projects.  The garage is ready to be paneled and customized to your needs, completing this great work space. 

The house has an unfinished partial basement under the orginial older home. We only used the partial basement for the furnace and the water heater, and it served as a storm shelter for us. We do not consider the basement useable as a living space.
